| Google LLC —
- 그 밖의 요청은 tt.calendar.help@gmail.com로 보내 주세요.
김조원 · tt.calendar.help@gmail.com
Privacy policy
Effective: 2026-09-30 · Operator: Jowon (representative: Jowon Kim) · Contact: tt.calendar.help@gmail.com
This shared calendar for two ("the service") collects only what it needs to let two people share a calendar, and uses it for nothing else. There are no ads, and your data is never sold.
1. What we keep and why
| Data | Used for | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| Username | Signing in | Until you delete your account |
| Google account number and email address (only if you use Google) | Signing in, showing you who you are signed in as | Until you delete your account |
| Password (username accounts) | Signing in. Never stored as typed — only a one-way hash (scrypt) | Until you delete your account |
| Events, notes, your two names, the day you met, calendar settings | Showing and sharing the calendar | Until you delete your account |
| Calendar photos | Decorating the calendar | Until removed or the account is deleted |
| Device addresses for notifications (web push subscription, app push token) | Telling you when the other one changes something, and today's reminders | Until you turn notifications off, sign out or delete the account |
| Sign-in state (cookie) | Staying signed in. Only a hash is kept on the server | Up to 60 days after last use |
| The name of each signed-in device (browser and device type only, such as "Chrome · Windows") and the day it was last used | The "Signed-in devices" list in settings — seeing where you are signed in and signing another device out | Until that sign-in ends |
| Failed sign-in attempts (username, time) | Stopping password guessing | One day |
| The IP address an account was created from (only as a one-way hash) and the time | Stopping mass account creation from one place | One day |
| Records of sent reminders | Not sending the same reminder twice | 7 days |
We do not collect location, contacts, advertising IDs or usage analytics.
On your device, the app keeps a copy of your calendar and your settings (language, theme and so on) in the browser's storage so it opens quickly. Signing out clears the copy. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (such as IP address and time) to run and protect the service.
2. Service providers and transfers abroad
The service runs on the providers below. They handle data only to run the service, and their servers may be outside your country. Data travels over encrypted connections while you use the service and is kept for the periods in section 1.
| Provider (country) | Role | Data |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. (USA · photo storage in the eastern US) | Hosting, photo storage (Vercel Blob) | Everything above passes through; photos |
| Neon, Inc. (US company · servers in Singapore, Amazon Web Services) | Database | Everything above except photos |
| Google LLC — Google Sign-In (USA) | Signing in with Google (only if you choose it) | Google account number, email address. Google knows you signed in to this service |
| Google LLC — Firebase Cloud Messaging (USA) | Delivering Android app notifications | App push token, notification text (event title and time) |
| Apple Inc. — APNs (USA) | Delivering iPhone app notifications | App push token, notification text |
| Your browser's push service (Apple, Google, Mozilla…) | Delivering browser notifications | Web push subscription, notification text |
3. Who else sees it
The other person in your calendar sees its events, photos and settings. Nobody else does, unless the law requires it.
4. Your choices
- Correct: edit events, names and settings in the app. Change the password in Settings → Account → Change password; this signs out your other devices. No email is collected, so a forgotten password can't be recovered.
- Delete: Settings → Account → Delete account. If the other one is still there, only your account and your devices are removed and the calendar stays with them. If you are the last one, the whole calendar — events, photos, settings — is deleted at once and cannot be recovered.
- For anything else, write to tt.calendar.help@gmail.com.
5. How it is protected
Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords and sign-in and invite tokens are stored only as hashes. The sign-in cookie cannot be read by scripts on the page (HttpOnly) and is not sent with requests from other sites (SameSite). Photos are shown only to the signed-in people of that calendar.
6. Children
The service is not for anyone under 14.
7. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland
The controller under the GDPR is the operator, Jowon Kim (contact above).
- Legal bases: your account, calendar contents, photos, notification addresses and sign-in cookie are processed to provide the service you signed up for (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)). Failed sign-in records, the hashed sign-up IP and request logs are kept for our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe (Art. 6(1)(f)). Notifications also need your permission on the device, which you can withdraw at any time in your device or app settings.
- Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability (a copy in a machine-readable format) and withdrawing consent. Most of this you can do in the app; for a copy of your data or anything else, email us. We answer within one month.
- Complaints: you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
- Transfers: the providers in section 2 process data in the USA and Singapore. We rely on the safeguards in their data processing terms: the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for providers certified under it, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Automated decisions: none. We do not profile you.
- A username and password (or Google) are needed to have an account. Everything else is up to you.
8. If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law
- We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you.
- What we collect: identifiers (username, Google email address, hashed IP), what you put in the calendar (events, notes, names, dates, photos), device addresses for notifications and the browser and device type of each sign-in. All of it comes from you and your device, is used only for the purposes in section 1, and is disclosed only to the providers in section 2.
- Your rights: to know what we hold, to delete and correct it, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. An authorized agent may ask for you. We confirm it is you through your signed-in account and answer within 45 days.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will say so in the app and on this page 7 days before it takes effect.
